We recently purchased an LG Dishwasher and after 3.5 months it wasn't working and showing the LE error code. We called LG and they assigned Andy's Appliance Repair. He made the client experience very good for an unfortunate situation. The machine's board is faulty so we have to order a new one, so we are still in the process of going through the steps to get it up and running, but having Trevor and Andy's Appliance Repair overseeing this gives me a lot of relief since they have been great so far. They walked through the next steps and set the expectations straight away.
