Routine Fireplace Cleaning
Includes full glass panel cleaning, burner check, safety inspection, and system test.
🔥 Single-pane glass units – $249
🔥 Second unit (same visit) – $229
🔥 Double-pane / See-through fireplace – $349
🔥 Three-pane / Peninsula-style fireplace – $449
All cleaning fees are collected upfront.

Have a non-working unit? We'll get it back up and running.

$159 (does not include cleaning)
Repairs quoted after diagnosis

Before You Book: What We Need
To ensure we can service your fireplace without wasting your time or money, we require the following before confirming your appointment:
Photo of the Fireplace
Send a clear image of your fireplace setup. This allows us to confirm that your unit is serviceable and plan accordingly. Please email photos to wayne@andysappliance.net or text them us.
Units We Cannot Service
- No glass = no go
- Hinged bi-fold glass doors
- Wood-burning fireplaces that have been converted to gas
- Severely corroded or modified units
If no photo is provided and we arrive to find the unit unserviceable, the customer may be responsible for ½ of the $159 diagnostic fee.
Please let us know:
- Brand (if known — not required to schedule)
- Is the unit over 40” wide? If yes, we may require a second technician.
